Spot

Spot - was found wandering the streets of Southern IL and taken to a shelter. He was at the shelter for 6 weeks and no one claimed him. We were contacted by the shelter and asked if we could bring him to STL.

His foster mom says he is starting to trust her and has decided it's OK to hang out with the family. He likes to hang around in the yard (which may be a result of being on the street for so long).

He was fine with getting a bath and brushing at the foster family's house. He is getting along with his foster greyhound sister and other mixed breed dog.

He likes to run in the yard with his foster grey sister. He also likes to go for walks. He is very laid back and seems to like everybody and everything! His tail is always wagging.

His foster mom says he has a penchant for collecting things and that she is beginning to find everything from the missing button from her coat to a phone book left on the table, to shoes to plastic cups ...all taken to his bed! He doesn't chew them, just takes them to his bed. They all seem to
be things that have recently been handled by his current people....we took it as a sign of affection and ease.

He is a very sweet guy!

He is cat-safe.
