TN's Alesha
Alesha - just arrived from a TX Blood Donor program. She is a quiet girl and took all the new surroundings in with interest. She is in a foster home with a small child and is doing fine. There's something especially sad about a dog who's done nothing her whole life but live in a cage making money for people - first by pushing her young body literally to the breaking point while racing, and then by being bled for years while known only as a number. Finally, Alesha has an opportunity to start a new life as a loving companion. And really, who could deserve a soft bed and a kind hand more than an dog who's given everything and received nothing?
